R&S Sanitation is a family owned and operated business from Salem, South Dakota.  Todd, the current owner, is the second generation owner of the family business.  It was owned by Todd's dad, Ray, before Todd bought the company from him.  R&S has been in the family for almost 30 years and Todd's sons are also currently working for the company as well as Grandpa Ray who started it back in 1986. 

 

Garbage Man, A Green Company

 

In 2013, R&S teamed up with Minnesota-based company GarbageMan, A Green Company to service the residential neighborhoods of Sioux Falls and Tea, SD.  With this merge, R&S can provide a more efficient way to provide garbage service while simltaneously exercising new ways to reduce waste and increase recycling.  Even with this recent modification to the business, R&S Sanitation Inc. is still a locally owned and operated business and they will continue to provide the best service possible to their customers.
